What is the difference between nacre powder, mother-of-pearl powder and pearl powder?
Mother-of-pearl powder is another term for nacre powder. It's derived from the iridescent inner layer of a mollusk shell, known as nacre, the three terms describe the same material.
Nacre is primarily composed of calcium carbonate (aragonite), conchiolin and trace marine minerals.
Is Naker suitable for vegans, vegetarians, or kosher diets?
Vegans: The nacre powder itself is not suitable for vegans due to its animal origin. The capsule shell is made from hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC), which is plant-derived and vegan-friendly.
Vegetarians: Generally considered acceptable for vegetarians who consume other animal by-products.
Pescatarians: Suitable for pescatarians.
Kosher: Naker is kosher-permissible. Nacre is derived from the oyster’s shell, therefore, it falls outside the animal-based restrictions in kosher dietary law. We’ve consulted with two rabbis, both of whom confirmed that because nacre comes from the shell rather than the animal itself, it is permissible under kosher law.

Where is Naker made?
Naker is formulated and produced in France and is independently tested for purity.
Safety & Usage
Can I take Naker if I have a shellfish allergy?
No. Naker is made entirely from ground mother-of-pearl sourced from oyster shell, so anyone with a shellfish allergy should not use it.
What's the recommended dose?
Take as directed. We recommend two capsules daily as a guide, and advise not exceeding four capsules per day.
Is Naker a replacement for a balanced diet?
No. Naker is a food supplement and is not intended to replace a varied, balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle.
Can children take Naker?
Naker is formulated for adult use. Keep out of reach of young children.
I'm pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking medication, can I take Naker?

Can I take Naker alongside other supplements or vitamins?
Generally, yes. As with any supplement, if you're taking medication or have specific health conditions, we'd recommend checking with your doctor or pharmacist first to make sure it fits alongside anything else you're taking.
