Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns or provide refunds unless the product is proven to be damaged or spoiled upon delivery. To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product, and the item must be in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required, along with photographic evidence of the damage or spoilage. If your return is approved by Us (at our discretion), based on damage or spoilage, we will process a refund to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe. Bank and/or card processing fees may apply, and these will be deducted from your refund. No other return shipping costs will be refunded.

EU Right of Withdrawal: If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your Order within 14 days of receiving the Goods, without giving any reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights. To exercise this right, contact us at info@wearenaker.com within the 14-day period. This right does not apply once the hygiene or protective seal on an ingestible product has been broken following delivery. Where you validly withdraw, and the seal is unbroken, we will refund the price paid, excluding original delivery charges, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods; you will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the Goods.

SHIPPING

Processing Times: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Delivery Times: Delivery within Mauritius takes up to 4 additional business days. International orders are delivered by courier and may take longer than domestic deliveries in Mauritius, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

Shipping Charges: Rs 150 per shipment within Mauritius.

International Shipping: Naker now offers international shipping to select countries, as listed at checkout. We are working to expand to additional countries and recommend following us for updates.

Restrictions: We currently ship within Mauritius and internationally to the countries listed as available at checkout. Customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by your country's customs authority are not included in the Order price and are your responsibility.
