RETURNS & REFUNDS

We do not accept returns or provide refunds unless the product is proven to be damaged or spoiled upon delivery. To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product, and the item must be in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required, along with photographic evidence of the damage or spoilage. If your return is approved by Us (at Our discretion), based on damage or spoilage, we will process a refund to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe. Bank and/or card processing fees may apply, and these will be deducted from your refund. No other return shipping costs will be refunded.
